MIC Gadget posts a set of photos of the so-called “iPhone 4S”. The iPhone 4S looks like a White iPhone 4 but with a slightly larger display.

According to the source, Apple is bringing the A5 chip to the iPhone 4S. The A5 processor can provide 9 times the gaming performance of A4.
